Tube Straightening Machines

Turner Machine Company, Inc. offers several choices of machinery for straightening metal tube. Specifically the range of machines covers machines with 6 or 10 rolls. All of our machines feature pairs of vertically opposed, driven rolls.

• 6 - roll machines can straighten to at least 1 in 1000
• 10 - roll precision machines straighten to at least 1 in 2500

In 1984 Turner acquired the Mackintosh-Hemphill, USA product line; followed in 1994 by the products of Wyko, England.

New machines generic to Mackintosh-Hemphill maintain “900” model designations, examples being 916, 920 etc. Machines generically related to Wyko continue to use the designation “WS”, examples are WS4 / WS104 etc.

With this rich heritage, we are able to ensure we can provide the best machine to straighten a very diverse range of tubes and qualities required to suit the 20th Century.
